| Eating out |
My husband and I have a steadfast rule that we do not eat out at any restaurant that serves children for free. Partly because they are usually breeder-hell, but also because we are unwilling to feed other people's offspring.
We lost our favorite pizza parlor last week. Fuck.

| First confessions |
God, I hate blogging naked. I mean, if I had kids, they'd make me wear clothes and THAT would be so much better. Never mind that it is 100 degrees with 98% humidity. I should be DRESSED!!
There is NOTHING worse than coming home at the end of the day, cracking open an ice cold beer, sitting down on the couch and having the remote all to myself. Where is the fighting, the clawing for attention, the "mummy mummy mummy, feed me!!!" *sigh* My life is so empty.
This weekend, after work on Friday I came home, took a shower and went out til 6am on Saturday morning, dancing the night away. Won't someone make me come home and look after the kids???
Hubby, I HATE I am the center of your world. I hate that you have no one else but me to lavish attention on and talk to. I mean, we're partners and all, but SHIT, can't you just go play with the kids or something? Oh, right. We don't have kids. DAMMIT!
The other day, I came to an empty house. I found out when hubby was coming home, ordered pizza, threw on my nasty sweats and had a nap. When hubby and the pizza got here, we watched a bad B-grade movie while eating greasy pizza on the couch. After that, he took my ratty sweats off me and made love to me. My life is so empty!!!
Know what we are doing this summer? Going to Canada. We're going to concerts, to see friends, traveling, visiting Montreal for the Jazz festival and then going camping in Banff. Oh how I WISH I were going Disneyland. My life is no fun!!Labels: childfree, confessions |
